Facial Routine

Hoje venho mostra a minha rotina facial e os produtos que uso.

De manhã para lavar o rosto começo pelo gel diário Olay Daily Facials Clarify exfoliante. Depois com algodão passo o tónico Clinique Clarifying  lotion  4 (para pele oleosa) e em seguida o creme hidratante Clinique Superdefense, contudo uso este creme mais para o tempo quente, pois deixa a pele muito matte e no Inverno gosto de ter um pouco mais de hidratação e não sentir a pele muito seca, por este motivo ando a usar o creme hidratante Clean & Clear Double Action.

Today i am going to show you my facial routine and the products that i am using aswell.

In the morning i wash my face with Olay Daily Facials Clarify exfoliator. After that, i apply the Clinique  Clarifying lotion 4 (for oily skin type) and then i use my moisturizer Clinique Superdefense, however i use this product mostly on Summer time because it leaves my skin really matte and in the Winter time i like to have a little bit more hydration, cause i dont like to feel my skin dry, so because of this i am using Clean & Clear Double Action moisturizer.

De noite volto a lavar o rosto com o gel da Olay. Para tirar algum vestigio de maquilhagem passo o tónico da Clean & Clear que tem como propósito tirar o que resta da maquilhagem. De seguida, uso o creme de noite Clinique Superdefense e o All About Eyes da Clinique para a zona dos olhos.

In the night i wash my face again with Olay gel. In order to remove any trace of make up i use the Clean & Clear lotion, only used for that purpose. After that, i apply my night moisturizer Clinique Superdefense and the All About Eyes by Clinique for the eye area.

Por fim, três vezes por semana uso um massajador para exfoliar a pele muito parecido com o da Sigma.

The last but not least, three times a week i use a cleansing tool very similar to the Sigma.
